Bike RidesYou can set off directly from the hotel to explore stunning cycling routes, such as the Rügen Circular Trail. We recommend four routes that take you along the coast and to Viktoriablick. A special insider tip from our hotel director, Sven Colditz, for discovering the island away from the tourist crowds.
GolfingAt Golfclub Karnitz, you can enjoy both a 9-hole and an 18-hole course. The dune golf course "Göhren" offers adventure golf with a sea view, featuring obstacles on courses ranging from 10 to 16 meters in length. The game is played on natural-looking turf lanes with mini golf clubs on artificial grass.

Excursion: Rasender RolandThe historic narrow-gauge railway "Rasender Roland" travels leisurely across Rügen at a speed of 30 km/h and is part of the local public transport system. Running daily, it connects the southeastern part of the island from Putbus to Göhren, stopping at major stations like Binz and Sellin as well as smaller stops along the way.

The uniquely designed single and double rooms are available with or without a balcony or terrace. The Junior Suites feature balconies of up to six meters in length, while the Suites impress with their spacious, individual design and separate living and sleeping areas.

Throughout the day, Café Nordstrand offers a selection of delicious snacks and house-made specialties. In the evening, our restaurant becomes the perfect place for indulgence, where we prepare and serve something new every day. To end your day in the best way, head to the Südstrand Bar, take a seat, and unwind in a relaxed atmosphere.

For a fee of €12.00 per day and vehicle, you can use our on-site parking, subject to availability. Please note that Nordperd & Villen does not offer charging facilities for electric vehicles. We kindly ask you to use the public charging stations available throughout the island of Rügen.
Enjoy your journey from the very start and travel sustainably by train. Take the train directly to Binz or Bergen, where you can continue your trip with public transportation (bus lines 20 or 22) or a taxi to reach your destination comfortably.
Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is available until 11:00 AM. If you would like a late check-out, please inquire at the reception.
