The aja Fürstenhaus on Lake Achensee offers culinary delights with mountain views included! Everything here revolves around indulgence - from morning to night. Delicious dishes and a fantastic view through the large window fronts and from the two sun terraces await you in the hotel restaurant Laurentius. A good drop of wine is a must: A fine selection of fine wines awaits you in the hotel's own wine cellar. And when the day comes to an end, the hotel bar with its free-standing fireplace invites you to relax - the perfect place to reminisce about your holiday experiences.

Two sun terraces also invite you to linger: one directly on the lakeshore, the other with a panoramic view of the Alps. It's not just the food that tastes good here, but also the view!

Freshly baked, crispy and flavoursome - our rolls and breads land crunchy on your plate. Whether white rolls, spelt or wholemeal, you'll find exactly what you're looking for here.

Muesli corner

Fresh and healthy - our Muesli Corner leaves nothing to be desired. Choose from crunchy muesli, fresh fruit, yoghurt and lots of toppings and put together your perfect breakfast bowl.

Whether fried egg, scrambled egg or omelette - our breakfast chefs will prepare your favourite egg dish fresh in front of you.

Coffee and tea

Whether it's a latte macchiato, tea or hot chocolate - our service team and fully automatic coffee machines will prepare your favourite drink at any time. Flavoured water with natural ingredients and a selection of juices are also available for a fresh start to the day.

Cold cuts and cheese

Whether savoury mountain cheese, Tyrolean ham or a sweet spread - at our buffet you will find everything you need to make your bread roll or croissant even tastier.

Coffee break

When breakfast is already over and dinner is still a long time coming, it's time for a coffee break at the aja Fürstenhaus am Achensee. In the afternoon, changing pastry specialities and a selection of coffees and teas await you - the perfect little break to enjoy and take a deep breath.

The coffee break is free of charge for every guest.

After a varied day in the mountains, a moment of indulgence awaits you in the Laurentius restaurant. Seasonal 4-course menus with regional delicacies and popular classics await you as part of the half-board package. Every Tuesday and Saturday, the restaurant is transformed into a gourmet buffet full of specialities. Enjoy the flavours of the region and indulge in our delicious dishes!

Of course, we are just as happy to welcome you if you have not booked half board or if you would like to visit us as an external guest.

Book half board before your arrival for €35 per person per night.
If you decide to book half board during your stay, you can add it for €42 per person per night on request and subject to availability.

What types of catering does the hotel offer?

At the aja Fürstenhaus am Achensee you always start with a hearty breakfast. You can also book half board - then you can enjoy our seasonal 4-course menu or a varied buffet in the evening. If you want to eat something spontaneously, you will also find savoury dishes in our Furisto Lounge or in the guest garden.

Can you book half board flexibly

Yes, very flexible: you can select half board for your entire stay when you book or you can book half board for individual days afterwards - depending on availability.

Are there vegetarian or vegan options at the aja Fürstenhaus am Achensee?

We attach great importance to cooking with regional and unprocessed ingredients. For our vegetarian/vegan guests, we offer a constantly changing selection of dishes.

Are dogs allowed in the restaurant of the aja Fürstenhaus am Achensee?

Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant itself. But there are areas in the aja Fürstenhaus am Achensee where your four-legged friend is welcome - just ask our team.

Are gluten-free or lactose-free products also available?

Yes, we can provide gluten-free or lactose-free products on request. It's best to let us know in advance so that we can prepare accordingly.

Is there a buffet or à la carte?

The aja Fürstenhaus at Lake Achensee always serves a buffet on Tuesdays and Saturdays and à la carte on the other days.

Are drinks included with dinner?

Drinks are not included. However, you can order your favourite drink at your table or at the bar at any time - be it wine, beer, soft drink or cocktail.
