What are the check-in and check-out times?
The rooms are ready for you on arrival from 3 pm . Regular check-out is possible until 11:00 am. Please ask at reception for a later check-out.
Is there a car park at the hotel?
Parking spaces are available in the hotel's own underground car park for €12 per night.
There are also three e-charging stations available to our guests in the underground car park. Here you can easily charge your electric car for €10 per charging process.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
One dog per room is welcome to stay with you, please contact us directly if you have two small dogs. Dogs are allowed in the lobby, Bar902, the Stroblhaus and in your room. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the public areas of the hotel. Please note that your dog is not allowed in the Feinspitz restaurant and the wellness area including the SPA meadow and must stay in the room during this time. We will be happy to provide you with a dog blanket and a bowl for the duration of your stay on request and subject to availability. We charge €25 per night for your dog.

As a guest in the holiday flats, you can purchase a discounted Day SPA ticket for €25 per person per day.
Are pets allowed in the holiday flats?
Your dog is welcome to stay with you. Due to additional cleaning costs, we charge €25 per day for your dog. Dogs are allowed in the bar area and in the flats. Please note that your dog is not allowed in the restaurant or the SPA and must stay in the flat during this time.
Is there a daily cleaning service in the holiday flats?
No, the final cleaning is included in the price, but there is no daily cleaning.
