What are the check-in and check-out times?
Rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival . Check-out is normally by 11.00 am. Please enquire at reception if you wish to check out later.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Parking spaces are available in the hotel’s underground car park for €12 per night.
There are also three electric vehicle charging points available to our guests in the underground car park. Here, you can easily charge your electric car for €10 per charge.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
You are welcome to bring one dog per room with you; if you have two small dogs, please contact us directly. Dogs are permitted in our lobby, Bar902, the Stroblhaus and in your room. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the hotel’s public areas. Please note that your dog is not permitted in the Feinspitz restaurant or the wellness area, including the SPA Wiese, and must remain in your room during these times. We’d be happy to provide you with a dog blanket and a bowl for the duration of your stay, upon request and subject to availability. We charge €25 per night for your dog.
