Yoga in Ruhpolding

Sometimes it doesn’t take much at all: a yoga mat, fresh mountain air and a bit of a break from everyday life. Ruhpolding is the perfect place for just that. Surrounded by the Chiemgau Alps, a yoga retreat with Svenja Kunde at aja Ruhpolding offers you time for exercise, relaxation and, above all, time for yourself.

Group yoga sessions bring peace to both body and mind, whilst the mountains outside provide the perfect backdrop. In between, there’s plenty of time to relax in the spa, explore the surroundings or simply do nothing at all. Sounds good? It feels even better.

What is yoga?

Yoga originated in India and combines physical exercises with breathing techniques, meditation and spiritual teachings. Practising various postures, known as asanas, improves strength, balance and flexibility. However, yoga is more than just physical exercise; it is a holistic philosophy of life that aims to foster greater mindfulness, conscious presence in the here and now, and improved harmony between body and mind.
