Whether Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath or special relaxation zones - every holiday resort has its own highlights. The regional and seasonal infusion ceremonies are particularly popular, revitalising your senses and making every sauna session a special experience.

Staying active made easy - in the fitness area of aja you will find everything you need for an effective workout: cardio and strength equipment. In some holiday resorts, there is also a classroom where yoga, for example, is offered. You can find the exact offer at the respective hotels.
Note: There is no fitness area at the aja Nordperd & Villen in Göhren.
