Take a break in small, traditional villages and sample regional specialities - such as the traditionally produced island cheese from Welzin. You will be accompanied by plenty of still waters on this route: you start in idyllic Korswandt and first cycle around Lake Wolgastsee. Along the way, you will pass other lakes and bodies of water - Gothensee, Krebssee, Schmollensee and Achterwasser. And if you want to discover even more: from the observation tower in Sallenthin, you have an impressive view of the seven lakes and can also see many other bodies of water on Usedom from there - from the lagoon to Lake Kachlin and the Baltic Sea.

Experiences with the whole family

You cycle along the Karlshagen promenade past the "Karlchens Zauberwald " forest playground and continue through the town towards Peenemünde. There, the interactive Phänomenta exhibition invites you to try things out and experiment. In the toy museum, you can immerse yourself in children's rooms from three centuries. At GlowGolf, it's not just children's eyes that light up - and there's even a real submarine waiting for you in the harbour. The Usedomer Bäderbahn railway will take you back in comfort.

Like an open-air gallery on two wheels: The Little Feininger Tour takes you along a section of the 56-kilometre Feininger Circular Tour. The Great Feininger Tour

This tour is around 40 kilometres long and shows you the most beautiful sides of the imperial spas of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. The route takes you along Feininger's motifs from Bansin to Swinemünde, then from Kamminke to Zirchow and back to Heringsdorf via Korswandt and Gothen. Take your time to look - just like Feininger, who preferred to paint rather than take photographs.

In the Achterland

You start at the Bock windmill in Pudagla, a building from the 17th century. You then follow the cycle path along the Schmollensee lake and cycle via Stoben to Benz. The next mill highlight awaits you there: the Benz Dutch windmill. You then cycle through peaceful, idyllic landscapes with sweeping views over the Achterwasser to Liepe. From there you cycle on to Rankwitz, pass the harbour and follow the cycle path to Mellenthin - where the moated castle built in 1575 awaits you.
