Does the credit have to be used up in one day?

No, the credit is available to the room for the entire stay, but not beyond.

Is it possible for a guest with half board to also book the indulgence credit?

Yes, guests can also book or have booked a pleasure credit for half board. The credit applies to all F&B services and can be used, for example, for drinks at dinner, consumption at the bar, pool bar, etc.

Is it possible to book or top up the pleasure credit during the stay?

The guest can also purchase the holiday credit on site on the day of arrival. A later purchase is excluded.

Can receipts that were paid for in cash or by credit card by the guest at the F&B outlet be recognised?

No, the enjoyment credit can only be applied to all room vouchers.

Can the pleasure credit be offset against the half-board included in the price?

No. The enjoyment credit can only be used for services that are booked or consumed at the hotel during your stay.

You have consumed less than the purchased value. Will a credit note be issued?

No. If the enjoyment credit is not fully utilised, only the value actually used will be credited. Other credits or compensations are excluded. Payment of the remaining value or postponement to a subsequent stay is also excluded.

Is it possible to cancel a booked pleasure credit?

No. The pleasure credit purchased is part of the booked service and cannot be cancelled.
