Fresh, fragrant, simply good - our bread comes directly from the Inselbäckerei Kruse bakery. Whether classic bread rolls, moist grain bread or crispy croissants: here you can start the day with real artisan flavour.

In the evenings, the Flora restaurant is the place where indulgence is at home. With a view of the sea, light in the conservatory and sun on the terrace, it simply tastes like a holiday here.

Our kitchen team conjures up new menus every day - seasonal, creative and as regional as possible. Fish from Birnbaum & Kruse, mustard from the Garzer Manufaktur, game from local forests - pure Rügen on your plate. A glass of wine, a cool Pilsner or a digestif from the island distillery is the perfect accompaniment. Simply sit back, enjoy and arrive.
