Dogs are very welcome at the aja Bad Saarow. Please let us know when you book that you would like to bring your dog with you so that we can prepare your stay accordingly. There is a surcharge of €25 per dog per night . One dog is allowed in each room. We are happy to provide a dog blanket and a dog bowl for your four-legged friend. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, bar and spa area.

Travelling with a dog in Bad Saarow

The shores of Lake Scharmützelsee are perfect for long walks with your dog. Three bathing areas around the lake offer ideal refreshment for humans and animals on warm days. If your four-legged friend would rather run around freely, you will find two fenced-in dog exercise areas in the Fürstenwalde city forest. One is located between Leistikowstraße and Lützowring, the other at the end of Vogelweg. Your dog can run, play and make new friends to their heart's content.

Hike with a dog in the Rauen mountains

There's plenty for you and your furry friend to discover on this 13-kilometre hike. A real highlight is the 45-metre-high Rauener Berge viewing tower - on a clear day, you can even see the Berlin TV tower from the top.
Along the way, you will also see the impressive Markgrafensteine, the largest boulders in Brandenburg, and the Stone Table at the top of the Rauener Berge. A tour full of nature, views and adventure - perfect for two on four paws.

Dog beach in Diensdorf-Radlow

The open dog beach is located directly at the water hiking rest area and is perfect for a day of swimming together. A large sunbathing lawn, toilets and a footbridge into the water ensure comfort. The shallow access makes bathing pleasant and safe for dogs too. There is a snack bar and a playground with volleyball and table tennis facilities for a short break in between - ideal if you want to spend the day relaxing by the lake.

Dog beach at Wendisch Rietz holiday park

A small, fenced-in dog beach awaits you here, where your four-legged friend can play and run around to their heart's content. The holiday park also offers a sunbathing lawn, toilets and a jetty right by the lake. If you fancy a change, you can hire boats or bikes and explore the surrounding area. There is also a restaurant nearby - perfect for a little refreshment in between.

Dog beach at Springsee

A beautiful sandy beach with a large sunbathing lawn awaits at Springsee to the south - perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. There is even a fenced-in area for dogs where they can play and swim safely. As the site is part of the nature campsite, a small entrance fee is charged. However, everything you need for a successful day is there: a jetty, a playground and catering facilities for a snack in between. There are also plenty of parking spaces.
