Important information
at a glance

Your room is available from 15:00 on arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. Please check out by 11:00 am. If you want to avoid waiting times, we recommend that you pay the outstanding costs the evening before. This way you only have to hand in your room cards on the day of departure.

Your room will be cleaned every two days.
If you don't want your room cleaned one day, simply hang the do not disturb sign on the door.
As soon as you take it down again, we will clean your room the next time you pass through.

Towels are changed when you lay them on the floor.
If you would like your towels to be changed daily, you can book an additional room cleaning service at reception until 3 pm.

Free lockers are available at reception for your valuables.
If you would like to use a telephone in your room, you can borrow one free of charge from reception, subject to availability. Only the call charges apply.

Would you like to use a locker in the wellness area?
You can also get this free of charge at reception in the aja SPA.

At aja Warnemünde you can use an on-site car park for a fee of €16 per day (1-2 minutes' walk).

WLAN is available free of charge throughout the house. Register via the browser with your personal data: Name, room number and departure date.

You can obtain vouchers from our staff at reception or you also have the option of purchasing a voucher online. Click here to go to the voucher shop.

Have you forgotten your cosmetics bag at home in anticipation of your holiday with us in Warnemünde? No problem! In our shop you'll find all the little things you need for your holiday with us. In addition to the forgotten toothbrush, you will also find various drinks and snacks for your day trip or the indispensable ice lolly for in between. You'll find the shop on the ground floor next to reception. Opening hours: 24/7.

There is a surcharge of €25 per dog per night for dogs.

Dog package
We welcome your four-legged friends to your hotel room with a dog blanket, a food and drink bowl, a treat and a dog walking bag.

Dog in hotel room
If your dog is alone in the room, please use the "I'm in the room" sign to inform our staff. Your room can only be cleaned if your dog is not alone in the room. Please understand that dogs do not have access to the restaurant, bar and spa area.
