Swim away from everyday life in the large panoramic indoor pool with counter-current system and massage jets. Regional treatments and natural products such as natural salt, Rügen rapeseed oil and original Rügen healing chalk make it easy to feel good.

Panorama indoor pool - dive in and dive off

Glide along in the large indoor pool with a view of the park, the high bank and the Baltic Sea. The counter-current system and massage jets ensure pure relaxation - whether you want to swim actively or just let yourself drift. You'll find your favourite place to switch off on the loungers in the relaxation area or on the sun terrace at the edge of the park. In summer, weather permitting, we open the glass front in front of the indoor pool so that you feel like you're swimming in the middle of nature.

Barrel sauna

Compact, rustic, soothing: in our barrel sauna you can feel warmth in its most original form. The natural wood, the gentle heat and the view of the greenery create a retreat where you can simply switch off - for pure relaxation in the middle of nature.

Finnish sauna

This is where warmth meets far-reaching views: In the Finnish sauna with panoramic window, you can enjoy classic 90 °C temperatures and an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea at the same time. The perfect place to leave everyday life behind you and recharge your body and mind.

Steam bath

Gentle, moist and soothingly warm at 45 °C. The steam bath relaxes the muscles and liberates the senses. The fine steam envelops you, moisturises and creates a feeling of deep calm. A relaxing moment that simply does you good.

Relaxation areas:
simply do nothing

Whether indoors or outdoors - here you will find your own personal place to switch off. Comfortable loungers, soft light and a peaceful atmosphere await you in the bright relaxation area to help you unwind. If you prefer to feel the fresh Baltic Sea air, make yourself comfortable on the loungers in the garden. With a view of nature and the sound of the sea in your ears, relaxation is easy.
