Your flat is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is possible until 11 am on the day of departure. If you would like to stay a little longer, just ask at reception - sometimes the holiday can be extended a little.

Yes, of course! Free WLAN is available in all flats.

All flats are equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils and electrical appliances - so you can arrive straight away and feel at home. Special bed linen for allergy sufferers is also available on request - please let us know if you need it before you arrive.

In our aja holiday flats, you can enjoy complete freedom - even at breakfast. Your kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your favourite breakfast yourself. Just the way you like it and when you like it.

If you'd rather treat yourself to a little indulgence, you have several options:

• Breakfast buffet at the aja Bergresort: Start the day with regional products, fresh bread and everything else that goes with it. You can book the buffet for €25 per person per day.
  
• Breakfast box: Have a cosy breakfast in your flat without setting foot outside the door. Order a breakfast box for two or four people by 6 p.m. the evening before.

Naturally. The choice is yours: the Feinspitz restaurant offers daily changing menus or buffets as part of half board - with regional specialities and plenty of moments of indulgence. Or you can stop off at the rustic Stroblhaus with guest garden and enjoy Alpine cuisine in a cosy atmosphere.

Yes, you can flexibly book half board on site - for €63 per person per night. This includes breakfast, coffee break and dinner at the aja Bergresort Werfenweng.

Yes, in each of our residences you will find a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. Use is free of charge. You can buy detergent at reception or simply bring your favourite detergent from home.

After your departure, the final cleaning takes place automatically. During your stay, you can book an intermediate clean if you wish - either a small clean for €70 or a large clean (incl. kitchen) for €100.

Of course! You can get wood at reception at any time. The flat rate is €20 for stays of up to 4 nights and €30 for stays of 5 nights or more.

As a guest of the holiday flats, you receive the Day SPA ticket for just €25 per person/day (instead of €42). This gives you access to the pool, saunas and fitness area at the aja Bergresort Werfenweng - towels and bathrobe included.

Yes, dogs are very welcome! We charge €25 per day for your four-legged friend. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and SPA area, but are welcome in the flat and bar area.

No, all our flats are non-smoking flats. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor areas.
