In the evening, the atmospheric Restaurant Flora becomes the culinary highlight of your vacation day. Crafted, diverse cuisine is perfectly complemented by our carefully selected beverage menu. Here, indulgence takes center stage—with a Baltic Sea view, a light-filled winter garden, and a sunny restaurant terrace.
Our dishes are based on seasonal ingredients with a strong regional focus. The kitchen team, led by Jens Radtke, brings skill and creativity to every dish, turning each meal into a memorable experience. We continuously seek out the best regional producers and suppliers from Rügen and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, including: Premium fish from Birnbaum & Kruse, Mustard specialties from Garzer Senfmanufaktur, Wild game from Wildhandel Kajahn. Pair your meal with a classic aperitif, a wine of your choice, a freshly tapped pilsner, or finish with an espresso or a regional specialty from the Insel Rügen distillery—such as the "Ebbe & Flut" spirits or Schwatte Johanna.
In the afternoon, Café Nordstrand invites you to indulge in sweet treats and homemade specialties, including cream puffs and the popular "Nordperd Waffles“.
