from the aja Strandhotel Bansin at a glance

Your room is available from 15:00 on arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. Please check out by 11:00 am. If you want to avoid waiting times, you can also pay the outstanding costs the evening before. This way you only have to hand in your room cards on the day of departure.

Your room will be cleaned every two days.
If you don't want your room cleaned one day, simply hang the do not disturb sign on the door.
As soon as you take it down again, we will clean your room the next time you pass through.

Towels are changed when you lay them on the floor.
If you would like your towels to be changed every day, you can book an additional room cleaning service at reception until 15:00.

You are welcome to park your car on our hotel's own parking decks or in the underground car park (entry height 2.4 m). The parking fee is €16 per day. A reservation is possible, but not necessary - you will automatically be allocated a parking space when you arrive. Of course, there is also a disabled parking space available.

There is also a 220-volt charging station with two connections in the underground car park. Our colleagues at reception will be happy to activate the charging station for you for a flat rate of €10 per charging session (hybrid €5).

WLAN is available free of charge throughout the house. Register via the browser with your personal data: Name, room number and departure date.

You can obtain vouchers from our staff at reception or you also have the option of purchasing a voucher online. Click here to go to the voucher shop.

Unfortunately, holidays pass after a while, but the memories remain. In the aja Shop, you can take tangible souvenirs with you - from snacks to accessories. For you and for your loved ones at home.

There is a surcharge of €25 per dog per night for dogs.

Dog in the hotel room
If your dog stays in the room alone, please use the "I'm in the room" sign to inform our staff. Your room can only be cleaned if your dog is not alone in the room. Please understand that dogs do not have access to the restaurant and SPA area.
