Double room - approx. 22-24 m² in size, comfortably furnished and can be booked with a side sea view or balcony on request. 163 king-size rooms with a 180 × 200 king-size bed for up to three people (22-24 m²) and 46 queen-size rooms with a 160 × 200 queen-size bed for up to two people (20-22 m²)

Suites - approx. 44 m², with separate living and sleeping areas, side sea view and some with balcony. The bathroom is accessible from both rooms. 24 suites with 180 × 200 king-size bed for up to four people (45-50 m²)

Barrier-free rooms - around 38 m² in size, particularly comfortable and ideal for guests with limited mobility. 4 barrier-free rooms

All rooms have comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and modern bathrooms - perfect for feeling completely at ease after a day by the sea.

The rooms are usually cleaned every two days to conserve resources. If you would like your room cleaned more frequently, please let us know at reception.

Yes, your dog is very welcome at the aja Warnemünde. By prior arrangement, you can bring your dog with you in selected rooms - subject to availability. The surcharge is €20 per night and per dog (without food). For stays of five nights or more, we charge a one-off fee of €99. So you can enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday together with your four-legged companion.

No, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area. However, your four-legged friend is of course allowed to accompany you on the promenade and in the outdoor area.

Yes, lifts are available at the aja Warnemünde. All floors of the resort - including rooms, restaurant, spa and pool area - are easily accessible by lift. This means that the hotel is also easily accessible for guests with pushchairs or limited mobility.

The aja Warnemünde has several pool facilities that cater for different needs - ideal for sports, families and relaxation:

Large indoor pool (25 × 14 m): suitable for sports swimming.

Outdoor pool (20 × 8 m): heated, with a view of the Baltic Sea.

Children's pool (15 × 10 m): shallow pool with child-friendly elements.

Hot water bubble pool: for relaxing moments in the bubbling water.

The use of our sauna world is only possible from the age of 14. The sauna area is a textile-free zone. There is a low-temperature textile sauna in the pool area, which is also suitable for families.

If you book half board at the aja Warnemünde, the following services are usually included:

• Rich breakfast buffet with a large selection - e.g. pastries, egg dishes, yoghurt, fruit, coffee and tea specialities
• In the evening, an evening buffet with hot and cold dishes - with a choice for meat lovers, vegetarians and, in some cases, vegan options

Day guests are welcome at any time. However, our restaurant capacity is limited, so please enquire in advance if you would like to have breakfast or dinner with us.

Families feel completely at home at the aja Warnemünde. We can provide baby cots on request and the sofa in the room can be used as an additional sleeping area. At breakfast and dinner, there is a special children's buffet with favourite dishes for younger guests.

In the wellness area, the children's pool with shallow water and fun play elements ensures safe bathing fun. Baby monitors can be borrowed from reception. Childcare is not currently offered at the hotel.

We have a bicycle room for bicycles. E-bikes can be charged free of charge in the bike room. There is no bike hire in the hotel, but there is a hire shop right next to the aja.

The Hotel aja Warnemünde was opened in 2013. Since its opening, renovation measures have been carried out time and again. The bar and restaurant have already been renovated and embellished. The first double rooms have also been freshly renovated.
