Your room at the aja Bergresort Werfenweng is available from 3 pm, and the holiday flats from 4 pm. On the day of departure, you can check out at your leisure by 11.00. If you’d like to enjoy the day a little longer, simply speak to our reception team – a late check-out is possible subject to availability.

Parking spaces are available in the hotel’s underground car park for €13 per night.

There are also three electric vehicle charging points available to our guests in the underground car park. Here, you can easily charge your electric car for €10 per charge.

At the aja Bergresort Werfenweng, you’ll be staying right in the heart of the Alps, enjoying comfort, mountain views and plenty of moments of pure relaxation. Choose from comfortable double rooms, spacious junior suites or suites with a separate living area – ideal for anyone looking for a little more space. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace, modern bathrooms and cosy retreats where you can unwind.

And if you prefer to be completely independent on holiday, you’ll find our aja holiday flats right next door, with their own kitchen, plenty of space and hotel services that you can book on a flexible basis.

Rooms are usually cleaned every two days to save resources. If you would like your room cleaned more frequently, please let our team at reception know.

Of course – your four-legged friend is welcome here! One dog per room is permitted (please contact us directly if you have two small dogs). Your dog is welcome in the lobby, Bar902, the Stroblhaus and your room – but must remain outside the Feinspitz restaurant and the spa area. Please keep your dog on a lead in public areas. We can provide a dog blanket and bowl on request. We charge €25 per night for your dog.

Yes, we can prepare allergen-free meals on request. If you have any special dietary requirements, please just let us know before you arrive – ideally by emailing rezeption.brw@aja.at.

At the aja Wellness World, you can switch off from the very first moment:

• Swimming area: daily from 7.30 am to 8.30 pm
• Whirlpool: daily from 10 am to 7 pm
• Sauna area: daily from 11 am to 8 pm
• Fitness area: daily from 7 am to 10 pm
• Treatments: daily from 9 am to 8 pm

All guests, young and old, are welcome until 6 pm. After that, this oasis of tranquillity is reserved for guests aged 14 and over.

Yes, day visitors are very welcome! With our Day SPA tickets, you can enjoy complete relaxation – including towels, a bathrobe and an underground car park space:

• Classic Day Spa: €42 per person
• After-Work Day Spa: €29 per person (Mon–Thu, 4 pm–8 pm)
• Day Spa including breakfast: €59 per person
• Day SPA Plus including a 25-minute massage or facial treatment: €85 per person (Mon–Fri)

For hotel guests, use of the pool and sauna area is included.
Guests staying in the holiday apartments can enjoy a discounted Day SPA ticket for €25 per person.

Families are very welcome here! For our youngest guests, we provide cots and a limited number of baby monitors. The holiday flats are equipped with additional children’s beds, and junior suites or suites can be extended with a sofa bed. We do not currently offer a children’s buffet, but there is a small children’s menu in the restaurant. A playground is just a five-minute walk away. From spring 2026, families can look forward to a new spa area with its own children’s pool – for wellness with the whole family.

Our resort is a non-smoking hotel. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for your use.

Yes! In winter, it’s our ski room; in summer, it turns into the Bike-Stadl – complete with free charging points for e-bikes. You can hire bikes from the nearby Sport Alpin (a 5-minute walk away).
