What services are included with aja?
At aja, the room price always includes breakfast and the SPA with access to the bathing world, the saunas and the fitness room.* You also have the choice of whether you would like to take advantage of our daily changing evening buffet or the evening menu with various salads, starters, main courses and desserts.

How do I find the best price?
Whether holiday package or early booking: aja always has the best price for you. With the aja holiday package you are totally flexible. You decide whether you want to book with breakfast or half board. The holiday package is always available and flexible cancellation conditions apply.
You have to be quick for the aja early bird, as it only has a limited contingent and can be booked up to a maximum of 21 days before arrival. Save up to 10 % on the aja Flex price including breakfast or half board. The aja early bird rate cannot be cancelled and must be paid for at the time of booking.
When can I check in or check out?
Check-in starts at 15:00. Our regular check-out is until 11:00 am. For a late check-out, please speak to the staff at reception.
Where can I park?
A hotel car park is available in Bad Saarow for €12 per night.
In Grömitz, you can either use the multi-storey car park at the resort for €15 (€16 from 2026) or the nearby car park for €12 per night.
In Warnemünde, you can park your car in the multi-storey car park for €16 per night. (from 2026 € 17 per night)
In Travemünde, you can park in an outdoor car park or in the garage for €18 per night.
In Ruhpolding, outdoor parking spaces are available for €12 per night.
In Garmisch-Partenkirchen, you can park in the underground car park for €17 per night (€18 per night from 1 December).
In Bansin, you can use the parking spaces on the hotel's own parking decks or in our underground car park for a fee. The charges are € 16 per night (from 2026 € 17 per night).
In Göhren, parking costs €14 per night.
In Werfenweng, parking spaces are available in the hotel's own underground car park for €12 per night.
At Lake Achensee, you can park your car in our underground car park from €17 per night.
Are dogs or other pets allowed at aja?
Yes, dogs are allowed. Each of our houses has designated dog rooms and floors. You are welcome to bring your dog with you for a surcharge of €25 per dog/night and after prior notification at the time of booking. Please understand that your dog is not allowed in the restaurant, bar or the entire spa area in any of the hotels.
We ask you to keep dogs on a lead and would like to point out that walking dogs is not permitted in the entire hotel complex, including green areas and car parks. In the event of any damage caused by the dog, we must hold the owner of the animal liable. We will be happy to provide you with a dog blanket and a dog bowl in your room.
Other pets are not allowed.
Are there telephones in the rooms?
Unfortunately not. In the age of mobile phones and smartphones, we have deliberately dispensed with this. However, you can borrow an additional phone for your room free of charge from reception, subject to availability. Only your personal call charges apply.
Are the aja Resorts also suitable for physically impaired guests?
Yes, the aja Resorts and SPA areas are barrier-free. There are also wheelchair-accessible rooms in every hotel on request.
When is breakfast served?
You can usually enjoy the large breakfast buffet from 7.30-11.00 am. There are variations depending on the holiday destination. Please check the website of the hotel you are travelling to.
How are the restaurants open in the evening?
The restaurants are usually open in the evening from 17:30-21:30. There are variations depending on the holiday destination. Please check the website of the hotel you are travelling to.
When are the bars open
Our bars are usually open for you daily from 12:00-0:00. There are variations depending on the aja Hotel. We are happy to spoil you there with cool drinks and small snacks such as currywurst or salad bowls.
When is the shop open?
Some aja hotels have a hotel shop. The shop never sleeps and is open for you around the clock. Here you can buy drinks, snacks, magazines, ice cream, travel accessories and much more.
When is the application area open?
In the aja application area you can let yourself be pampered from 10:00-19:00. Our NIVEA shops are even open for you until 20:00 or 21:00. Book your desired appointment for a massage or beauty treatment in good time - simply online, by phone or by e-mail.
Can I also use the wellness area before check-in and after check-out?
You are welcome to use the wellness area before check-in according to the respective opening hours. A contribution towards expenses will be charged after check-out. Please contact the staff on site.
Do I have to bring towels and a bathrobe from home?
No. Of course, a bathrobe and SPA towels are included per person when booking a hotel room. Day SPA guests in our wellness areas can borrow towels and bathrobes for a fee.
Are there gluten-free/vegetarian/vegan dishes?
Yes, they are available. Please contact reception before your arrival if you would like us to organise gluten-free products for you.
Is there bed linen for allergy sufferers?
If you need bed linen for allergy sufferers, please let reception know in good time.
How can I pay?
We accept all major EC cards, cash and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I smoke in the hotels?
Our hotels are non-smoking hotels. The smoking ban also applies to e-cigarettes and also includes balconies and terraces.
What makes aja Hotels special?
The aja Hotels stand for uncomplicated holidays in the best locations. Whether directly by the sea, in the mountains or by the lake - enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea from your room or swim in the outdoor pool with a view of the picturesque mountain panorama.
What wellness offers are available at the aja Hotels?
You will find peace and relaxation in our spacious wellness areas with pool and sauna area. For an extra dose of relaxation, we recommend booking a massage or a beauty treatment.
What fitness facilities are available at the aja Hotels?
Every hotel, except the aja Nordperd & Villen Göhren, has a well-equipped fitness room. In some aja hotels there is also a fitness room.
What meals and dishes can I expect at the aja Hotels?
Popular classics and seasonal dishes with a focus on regional products and our commitment to sustainability. In our bars, we serve a selection of hot and cold drinks as well as a selection of snacks. Of course, we also offer plant-based and meat-free dishes for vegans and vegetarians.
How child-friendly are the aja Hotels?
Children are always welcome here. We aim to ensure that every child has a great holiday. In our restaurants, some aja Hotels have family areas with adjoining playrooms and a children's buffet. In some wellness areas there is a children's pool and in the family textile sauna the whole family can relax in pleasant temperatures. Please refer to the website of the aja hotel you are interested in for more information. Children from 0 to 2 years travel free of charge at aja. Children from 3 to 6 years pay 35 euros and children from 7 to 13 years pay 50 euros.
