What are the check-in and check-out times at aja Bansin?
You can check in from 3 pm. Our regular check-out is until 11am. For a late check-out, please speak to our reception staff.
Where can I park?
On request, you are welcome to use the parking spaces on the hotel's own parking decks or in our underground car park (entrance height 2.4 m) for a fee. The charge is €16 per day. A reservation is possible, but not necessary, as each guest is allocated a parking space on arrival. There is a disabled parking space.
There is a 220 volt charging station with 2 connections in our underground car park. Our team at reception will be happy to activate the charging station for you for a flat rate of €10 per charging process (hybrid €5).

What is the best way to travel by train?
Environmentally friendly and relaxed from the start of your holiday: Travel comfortably by train to Züssow and then continue with the Usedomer Bäderbahn to the seaside resort of Bansin. We are happy to organise a transfer from the train station to the hotel for you on request (please note, subject to a charge).

What about smoking at the aja Strandhotel Bansin?
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The smoking ban also applies to e-cigarettes and also includes the balconies and terraces of the rooms. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
What offers are there for families?
The aja Bansin offers a variety of amenities for families with children. Baby cots and baby monitors are available on request. Depending on the room category, the rooms and suites can be extended with a sofa bed. There is a special children's menu for younger guests and, depending on occupancy, a children's buffet is offered for breakfast. The childcare team offers a seasonal programme for children from the age of two. Although there is no separate children's pool, there is a children's pool where the little ones can splash around. The hotel's own playground is directly connected to the children's club. A playroom, which is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., invites children to play, albeit without supervision.
Can I park my bike or hire bikes?
We have a bike room for bicycles and free charging facilities for e-bikes. We hire bikes at the hotel from €10 and e-bikes from €25 per day.
