Check-in starts at 3 pm. Our regular check-out is until 11am. For a late check-out, please speak to our reception staff.

There are a few short-term parking spaces directly at the hotel entrance. Further parking spaces are available in the underground car park (entrance height 2.3 m). The cost is €17 per day (€18 per day from 01.12.25). E-charging stations are not yet available, but are being planned.

There are a total of 229 rooms on 3 floors. Of which 193 double rooms (approx. 22 m²), some with extra bed (sofa), twin bed and/or connecting door, 12 junior suites with extra bed, 12 family rooms with separate children's bedroom (2 single beds), 9 suites: All with separate living and sleeping area, for extra bed (sofa) and 3 barrier-free double rooms with twin bed.

The rooms are usually cleaned every two days to conserve resources. If you would like your room cleaned more frequently, please let us know at reception.

Your dog is also very welcome at the aja Garmisch-Partenkirchen. You are welcome to bring your dog with you for an extra charge of €25.00 per night and per dog, excluding food, in selected rooms on request and subject to availability. (Maximum one dog per room). There is an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and a children's pool (depth: 30 cm).

The use of our sauna world is only possible from the age of 14. The sauna area is a textile-free zone. There is a low-temperature textile sauna in the pool area, which is also suitable for families.

Our extensive buffet awaits you for breakfast in the restaurant. In the afternoon there is a coffee break with coffee and tea specialities as well as pastries. Dinner is also served as a buffet. Drinks with dinner are not included in the price.

Allergy-free dishes are available on request. If you are on a special diet, please write to us at rezeption.garmisch-partenkirchen@aja.de. Allergens are usually labelled on our menus. If you have any questions, please contact the service staff in the restaurant or bar directly.

Day guests are welcome at any time. However, our restaurant capacity is limited, so please enquire in advance if you would like to have breakfast or dinner with us.

The hotel offers a limited number of baby cots and the option of using the sofa as an extra bed. A children's buffet is available for both breakfast and dinner. Baby monitors can be borrowed from reception. Childcare is not offered at the hotel. There is a children's pool with a depth of 30 cm for younger guests.

We have a locked area for bicycles in the underground car park. E-bikes can be charged there free of charge. E-mountain bikes can be hired from the hotel for €50 per day, subject to availability.

Yes, there is a ski room which is accessible from the street or via the hotel.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The smoking ban also applies to e-cigarettes and also includes the balconies and terraces of the rooms. Smoking is permitted on the publicly accessible terraces.

The prices at the aja Garmisch-Partenkirchen are exclusive of the spa tax (all year round).
